Tired of attending “Simon Says”-style yoga and fitness classes? In The Flex Space, you’ll move with purpose and integrity. You’ll learn the “why” behind every pose, every movement, and every breath. Don’t expect to show up and move mindlessly through a workout.

This is a space for those who want turn physical exercise that feels obligatory into a liberating movement practice that brings joy and empowerment back into your life.

Classes are limited to 4 people, max.

The Flex Space is located in Squamish, BC.

Wednesdays 12:15-1:15pm - March 5-April 9
